Integrative Holistic Health Coaching Program

​The Integrative Holistic Health Program at SaJune is our most powerful and comprehensive method of assessing your current health status and creating a plan of natural health and healing that is right for your needs and your top goals.

Our belief is that you have the ability to heal yourself, when given the knowledge, tools, love and encouragement to return the body to its natural state. Our 90-day programs are based on the “5 point model,”—a protocol developed by Medical Director, Dr. Sangeeta Pati. This program aims to help you to optimize the body’s function, so it can do what it is supposed to do; which is to keep you healthy, happy and free of disease by addressing 5 main areas—hormones, nutrition, toxins, mind and body. These protocols have been taught to thousands of doctors around the U.S., who have successfully helped thousands of patients reverse disease over 15 years.

What to expect at your consult ?

Prior to your visit, you will be asked to fill a Self-assessment Questionnaire and identify your top 3 goals. During your consult, your wellness coach will explain a little bit about each area of the 5-point model and what you can personally do in each area to get started on living your best life ever. A major part of your initial consult will be an assessment of your individual situation and a Physical Assessment (measuring baseline weight, body fat, muscle mass, hydration, metabolic age, physique rating and heart rate variability). You will leave with a copy of your Physical Assessment results and your personalized 90-day Integrative Holistic Health Plan based on the 5-point Model and your top 3 goals. Our expert coach is available to assist you in achieving your goals in the 90-day program.

Measurement of Your Nutritional Status

Many people work to improve their health through diet, exercise and supplementation, yet still may have deficiencies. This can be due to a variety of factors including biochemical individuality, absorption, chronic illness, aging, and lifestyle. We know that 50% of people taking multi-vitamins are still nutritionally deficient. Being deficient in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants can suppress the functions of the immune system as well as affect one’s overall health and probability for development of disease. Metabolic Balance/Insulin Resistance Program

This program restores optimal metabolic balance, gives you back your shape, lowers cholesterol and controls diabetes and pre-diabetes. Just like every other disease, excess body fat and weight gain are a result of imbalances in hormones, nutrition, mind and body and the presence of toxins in the bowel and liver. This 12 week individualized program is non-calorie restrictive and designed for restore and optimal balance of hormones and nutrients while reducing toxins and alkalizing the body. This program aims to mobilize stubborn fat which is resistant to calorie restriction and exercise, as well as optimize detoxification.
Those struggling with weight, high cholesterol, pre-diabetes, or diabetes, that are interested in a slow and controlled approach to overall health, are good candidates for this program. What is the aim of the plant-based nutrition program?

Scientific data from the last 2 decades is showing that the best way to prevent and correct degenerative disease is to aim for the highest level of raw plant proteins possible, which raises the pH of the body. Our experience has been that when people adopt a predominantly plant-based diet (raw or cooked), their health improves and conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia, diabetes, hypertension, osteoporosis, eczema and psoriasis improve drastically. We are also aware that correcting the immune system in cancer patients requires this kind of diet. The purpose of this program is to educate you about how to successfully integrate plant-based proteins into your nutritional program

What does the program consist of ?

This program focuses on reducing meat, fish, dairy, eggs, processed and refined foods (which increase acidity) and replacing them with vegetables, whole grains, beans and nuts, seeds, sprouts and sea vegetables that provide nutrition at a cellular level. The general philosophy is “if men made it don’t eat it!” This program focuses on all the foods we CAN have rather than what we cannot have. The aim is to balance the body’s pH level so cellular energy and repair is optimized. An acidic internal environment contributes to internal inflammation, which leads to diseases and cancers. Eliminating these foods from the diet balances the pH within the body which leads to a healthier internal environment.

What is the aim of Super Food education?

Our belief is that superfoods should be a part of every patient’s diet for optimal vitality and health. This is an important element of health that is interwoven into all of our nutritional program as we understand the nutritional power of including superfoods in the daily diet.

“Superfoods” are those vegetables, fruits, seeds and nuts which contain a dense abundance of phytonutrients and anti-oxidants greatly exceeding the values in common vegetables and fruits. These are better described in the book “Superfoods” by David Wolfe. Examples of powerful superfoods include aloe, maca, cacao, goji, bee pollen, spirulina, blue-algae, hempseed, marine phytoplankton and coconut. These foods are raw and generally contain proteins and essential nutrients that cannot be obtained from a traditional diet. Superfoods actively work to maintain a healthy immune system and to mount healthy immune responses. With a well-chosen, organic-based diet containing raw, plant-based fresh materials provided by superfoods, we stand a chance to improve our health in a way that has never been available in the past. The aim of this program is to educate and facilitate education about the successful incorporation of superfoods into the current diet.
