Stacey Jefferies, FNP-BC

Master’s level Nurse Practitioner

Stacey Jefferies, FNP-BC is a Master’s level Nurse Practitioner born in St. Petersburg, FL. Stacey has a very unique story in which her destiny was to work at SaJune. Stacey says, “When I was 28 years old, I had my tubes tied. After that I had new onset hormonal imbalances including acne, weight gain, irritability, bloating, migraines and menstrual pain. My Primary care doctor put me on low dose Xanax for a few weeks and of course it didn't get fixed. That's when I discovered SaJune in 2004. The program with progesterone, nutrition and other steps resolved all my symptoms within 3 months! Why was this not offered mainstream? This was my inspiration to pursue education as a Nurse Practitioner to help people. I actively started to get educated about hormones, gut, nutrition, etc., which I continue researching to date. I just love it! The Nurse practitioner program helped me realize that I myself was in Adrenal Fatigue with a challenging living situation. So I became the master of fixing myself first and now I am excited to help you.”

She has a background in critical care and has always had an interest in hormone replacement. She has personal experience with how hormone imbalance can affect mood, energy, weight, and overall wellbeing, and has been on hormone replacement herself for over 20 years. Stacey enjoys reading about and researching diet, nutrition, hormones, and exercise. She loves visiting St. Pete beach as often as possible, and playing with her mini-Aussie Maverick and Chihuahua Marley. One of her favorite pass times is playing video games with her niece Roxie.

Family Nurse Practitioner

Serina Adams, FNP-BC, originally from Orlando, Florida. She began her journey in Cosmetology devoting her time to making people feel better about themselves through skin care and hair design. Serina acquired her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Jacksonville University, Florida. She went on to graduate with honors attaining a Master’s of Science in Nursing: Family Nurse Practitioner from Purdue University. During her educational journey, she focused three years on women’s health with specialty on thyroid, adrenal, and hormone imbalances. In addition, she aims to treat patients experiencing premenopausal, menopause, or postmenopausal symptoms.

Outside the office, she enjoys meeting new people, laughing, reading a good book, learning new things, walking her dogs and horseback riding with friends. She is soft spoken, an active listener, gentle, attentive, and professional. She believes spending time in nature plays a huge part in healing oneself.

Serina will be seeing new and established patients for lab reviews, physical examinations, follow-up appointments, and intravenous therapies. She has always believed in a holistic approach while focusing on correcting the root cause of any physical or mental ailment. Serina is looking forward to educating people so they are in control of their own health.
