VIJI RAMAKRISHNAN, MS-HCA

Executive Director

Detail-oriented and visionary are just some of the words most often used to describe Viji Ramakrishnan, Executive Director of the SaJune Institute and MD Prescriptives. With many years of both clinical and administrative healthcare experience, Viji is uniquely qualified to lead both organizations into the future of healthcare. Throughout her career, she has developed and mastered skill sets that have contributed to her success and the success of the organizations she has been affiliated with. Viji is a strong leader and administrator, with extensive experience in practice management, operations, human resources, marketing, and finance.

Viji began her academic career as a physician in India, where she was immediately inspired by the human condition and her ability to make a difference in people’s lives. After completing her education and training in India, she moved to California, where she continued her academic career at California State University, Hayward, where she earned her master’s degree in healthcare administration. During her work at Hayward, she entered in her professional career with First Clinical Research, where she quickly developed both her clinical and administrative acumen. After graduation, she worked at a dermatology office, where she was challenged as an administrator to significantly improve the practice's operations side. She exceeded all expectations in that role, focusing on practice management, operations, HR, and marketing.

She then relocated to Florida, where she met the founder and medical director of SaJune, Dr. Sangeeta Pati, and subsequently took on her role with the practice. She immediately found her calling and felt inspired being surrounded in an exceptional clinical and administrative environment. After taking a break from SaJune to focus on her family and children, she returned to the practice and quickly picked up where she had left off. Because of her visionary leadership and exceptional business acumen, she took on the dual responsibilities of both SaJune and MD Prescriptives.

She has done extensive additional training in herbal medicine and homeopathy, the two areas of medicine she is most passionate about. She has trained in and practices pelvic floor therapy and nasal specific therapy.

Gloria’s love of natural medicine stems from growing up in Bulgaria, where natural therapies are used before other more intensive forms of treatment are considered. When she moved to the United States she experienced first hand the effect that poor diet and high stress levels have on health and was amazed by the high incidence of heart disease and cancer in this country. She was inspired to educate people about simple yet effective ways to achieve an optimal state of being.

As Florida has not issued licenses to NDs since 1959, Gloria Rangelova ND is not a licensed ND in Florida. Given her educational training and experience, she works as a regenerative health consultant under Dr. Pati's mentorship for Florida based clients.
